JumpingClay Parties are stress-free and mess free!

A creative, fun, and educational way to celebrate birthdays or any kind of occasion! For children, adults, and families! JumpingClay USA offers customizable parties that are stress-free and mess-free! All craft materials are included and you have your own JumpingClay Instructor / party host who takes care of all set up / clean up. It couldn't be easier!

The birthday child can select his or her own theme and each guest gets their very own make and take clay creation that they can bring home that day! 

  • JC Instructor/party host and materials

  • A private party room for 2 hours with approximately 1 hour for modeling and 1 hour for cake/presents.

  • Up to 10 guests included in price; $15 per additional guest (not including parents)

  • Parties at 10am, 12:30pm and 3pm on Saturdays and 12:30pm and 3pm on Sundays

  • Party Supplies (plates, cups, napkins, utensils)

  • Birthday Gift for the Birthday child

Classic Party

  • Up to 10 guests = $275; $15 per additional guest (up to a max of 18)

  • Special gift for Birthday child

Deluxe Party

  • Up to 10 guests = $325; $15 per additional guest

  • Gift for the Birthday Child plus a unique, handmade craft and a gift certificate for a free 1 hour workshop

  • Private Party Upgrade (add-on for classic and Deluxe parties) Have a large number of parents, family, or additional guests attending your party that will not be crafting?  Rent our workshop space and make all of Jumping Clay Academy yours for the duration of your party!  = $100  (*Please note: the Academy will remain open for walk-in customers to buy product)
  • Basic Favor Bags (3x 5gram Refills of clay and a coupon for 50% off a future workshop) = $2 each
  • Deluxe Favor Bags (2x 5gram and 2x 10gram refills of clay  and a coupon for 50% off a future workshop) = $4 each

What is provided with my party?

Party details can also be found on the party page, but all parties include a private party room, JumpingClay instructor/host, one hour of modeling, one hour for party, birthday gift for the birthday child, and any paper goods/utensils needed. Add-ons include favors and custom made cake toppers.

How do I book a party?

You can call or visit us to reserve your date and time.

A $100 deposit is required to reserve your date and time. We accept all major credit cards. Any parties cancelled within 10 days of the party will not receive a refund of the deposit, but may be applied against a future party, within the next 3 months. If the need to reschedule arises, please call JumpingClay as soon as possible and as always, we will strive to work with you on any cancellation/rescheduling.

Fee: Basic Party = $275 and Deluxe Party = $325 for up to 10 children (including birthday child); $15 per additional guest (up to a max of 18).

Are there any other options for parties?

You may book a private one hour workshop for up to 10 guests.  The cost for this workshop is $150.  You may add on favor bags.  Please note, you will not be able to open gifts or have cake or food for this option.   This is a great option for smaller parties or sleepover parties where part of the party takes place at home or another venue, but you want to add something special!

How early should I reserve my party?
The sooner you reserve your party, the greater your chance of reserving the exact date and time you want. It is not uncommon for parties to be scheduled six weeks in advance! We strive to accommodate everyone, however we really do need at least 2 weeks notice in order to fully prepare for your party.
Note: we cannot guarantee your reservation until you have made your deposit.

When is a final head count due?  When is the remaining balance due?

A final head count is due one week before your party. This allows our staff to be better prepared for your party. Please make sure it is clear on the invites that an RSVP is required. Final balances are due one week prior to your party.  A maximum of 2 no-shows on party day will be refunded (for parties with over 10 guests; maximum refund of $30).  Day of party guest additions will be charged $25 per guest.

How early can I arrive for my party? 

Hosts may arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the party to set up additional decorations if they choose and to greet their guests.

What if I am running late or my guests arrive late? Parties start promptly at your designated party time.  The room is yours only for the two hours you have reserved; because of other parties you will not be able to make up the time in the room. Please advise your guests to arrive on time to avoid the need to modify the craft in order to finish on time.

How is the Party Room decorated? Can I bring my own decorations?

Our party room is decorated with balloons and party decorations. If you wish to bring additional party décor, please let us know in advance so that we may work with you to make your child’s party special. Please note:  Decorations are limited to table-tops and free-standing items.  Materials may not be hung from ceilings or walls. Silly string, confetti, bubbles, and piñatas are not allowed. Thank you for your understanding.

Can I bring my own food? 
You may bring a cake and/or cupcakes. You may also make arrangements to have pizza delivered or picked up for the second hour of your party. We can provide the needed paper goods and utensils. Please remember that we are a NUT-FREE and alcohol free facility.  JumpingClay is unable to store food in a refrigerator or freezer before or during the party.

Can parents stay or should they drop off guests?

Host(s) is/are required to stay for the duration of the party. We welcome parents (especially of younger guests) to help their child during the modeling session of the party! However, we do have limited seating and space in the party room for additional adults. Seats around the table are for party guests first. Parties need to remain in the party room to avoid disrupting other customers or workshops in session.

If guests are dropped off, the host parent(s) is/are ultimately responsible for the behavior of guests and must remain until all children are picked up.

What are the choices for crafts?

We have a number of crafts available to choose from in our Academy. We can show you in person or email you pictures of the different choices. We’re willing to try almost anything – if you have a custom request, please let us know! Please understand that an additional fee may apply given the time it takes to design and create the custom craft as well as making the additional samples for your party guests to view and work from during the modeling portion of the party.

What should we do in the event of inclement weather?

Please consult with JumpingClay staff regarding inclement weather or snow dates. We will make every effort to be open for your party, but we also want you, your guests, and our staff to be safe.
